Qualifications for positions within the CVCAC are
determined by the duties and responsibilities of position itself. Applicants must go
through a rigorous screening process that includes a police background check,
fingerprinting, and reference contact. The interview process may consist of numerous
levels before hiring is completed. The CVCAC maintains very high standards when hiring at
all levels within the organization.
