Save Community Action!
The Obama administration has proposed drastic cuts and changes to the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG), which is the central source of funding for anti-poverty Community Action Agencies across the country. The proposed 50% cut to CSBG funding will cripple anti-poverty work across the nation.
Our community will be hit hard if these changes go through -
critical services for low income families in Vermont will be lost.
