Community Action's Weatherization offices in downtown Barre received some flood damage, but clean-up and repairs are well underway. EnergySmart of Vermont and the Low Income Weatherization program are both operating at full strength. Trucks and crews are out weatherizing homes right now. Paul Zabriskie, Director of Weatherization, was on WCAX's The :30 on Wednesday, June 1st to take about post-flood cleanup. His appearance with tips for post-flood clean-up and energy efficiency are posted on the EnergySmart blog.
