Family and Community Support Services
High costs of food, fuel and housing are impacting everyone‚ families with young children, seniors on fixed incomes, and even people working full-time jobs!
We have a variety of programs and services that may be helpful to you or someone you know experiencing tough economic times.
Community Action's Family Community Support Services staff are experts at helping people who are having difficulty paying housing costs, heating their homes, facing overdue utility bills, or putting food on the table. We can also help people prepare their taxes or resolve disputes with the IRS, apply for a reverse housing mortgage, locate new rental housing or find other support through our community partners.
